Account owners are able to change the permissions of existing team members.
Permissions control whether your team members can view or edit certain KLEAR features.
Only account owners (the user who created your organization’s account) can edit permissions. If you didn't create your organization's account, you will not be able to edit permissions.
To edit the permissions given to a member of your team, first navigate to the Settings tab at the bottom of the left-hand menu on the KLEAR platform, then click on "Team" under Team and Security).
You will see a list of all your team members. For each team member, click on the button showing an image of sliders (see below) to edit permissions.
When you are taken to the page with the sliders that control that team member’s permissions, the settings for each page found in the navigation bar on the left will have their own set of permissions. All permissions are set to “view” by default, and you may assign certain permissions to “suggest” or “edit” as needed for each page.
Make your edits, then click “save” for them to take effect.
**Please especially take note of the options in the Treasury section, as changing these from the defaults (moving the sliders to the right) will allow this team member to have access to financial information such as bank accounts and payment features visible in the Treasury section of the platform.**
If you have further questions about what information a team member may be able to access and change based on the permissions you assign, please feel free to contact us at support@kountable.com.
